Pricing

Plans are not finalised yet.

We are not going to publish a number we might have to change. What is decided is how we charge and what we refuse to do — so here is that, and an invitation to help shape the rest.

Decided

How we will charge, whatever the number turns out to be.

By viewing hours, not gigabytesNobody can estimate gigabytes, and you should not have to verify them.
Quality never costs more1080p and 480p cost us the same, so they cost you the same.
No surprise mid-event chargeAn overage is never billed while an event is live, and we warn you before the invoice.
Rands at launchAlongside USD, GBP and EUR. Local billing, local support.
Unlimited seats, alwaysChurches and events teams are volunteer-heavy. Charging per seat punishes the wrong thing.
One-off events availableFor a conference or a one-day event, without a monthly subscription.
Not yet decided

What we are still working out.

These are real open questions, not marketing coyness. They move with what early-access customers tell us.

The tier sizes

How many viewing hours sit in each plan, and how many services that is meant to cover. It depends on how audiences actually watch.

The overage rate

What an extra viewing hour costs. It has a measured floor, and it will sit above it.

Support, per tier

What you get in what hours, and through what channel. This one decides whether the whole business works, so it is not being guessed at.

For context

What we can say about the market.

Read from other vendors' published pages. Treat every figure as "roughly, last time anyone looked".

Specific competitor prices are not repeated here. They change, and a stale number is worse than none.
